INGREDIENTS
Donuts:
- Nonstick oil for pan
- 4 large eggs
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted (112 grams)
- 3 tablespoons whole milk
- 1 teaspoon stevia glycerite (equals ⅓ cup sugar)
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup unsweetened natural cocoa powder (not treated with alkali)*
- ¼ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
Glaze:
- ¾ cup dark chocolate chips (4.5 oz)
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
