- 1 batch microwave sandwich bread click here for recipe
- 1 tablespoon pesto
- 1 thinly-sliced chicken breast, cooked
- 1 medium tomato sliced
- 1 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
Cook one batch of microwave sandwich bread, which makes two slices.
Spread pesto on one side of each slice of bread.
Place one slide of bread with pesto side up. Pile cooked chicken, tomato slices and mozzarella on top.
Place second piece of bread on top with pesto side down. Slice in half and enjoy!
