  • 1 batch microwave sandwich bread click here for recipe
  • 1 tablespoon pesto
  • 1 thinly-sliced chicken breast, cooked
  • 1 medium tomato sliced
  • 1 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced


  • Cook one batch of microwave sandwich bread, which makes two slices.
  • Spread pesto on one side of each slice of bread.
  • Place one slide of bread with pesto side up. Pile cooked chicken, tomato slices and mozzarella on top.
  • Place second piece of bread on top with pesto side down. Slice in half and enjoy!
