Ingredients
- 100 grams Fish Boneless Filets
- 100 grams Prawns
- 250 ml Fish Stock
- 150 ml Water
- 100 ml Coconut Milk
- 10 grams Ginger
- 10 grams garlic
- 20 grams Spring Onion
- 1 Tsp Pandan powder
- 1 Tsp Kafir Lime Leaf powder
- 1 Tsp Lemongrass powder
- 1 Tsp Sichuan Pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tsp White Vinegar/Rice Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tsp Soya Sauce
- 1 Tsp Fish Sauce
- Salt to Taste
- 1 Tsp Fresh Coriander

Chop the fish and prawns into small bite size pieces

Heat the olive oil in the wok and fry the white part of the spring onion, ginger and garlic

Then add in the seafood along with the salt, Sichuan pepper powder, pandan powder, lemongrass powder and Kafir lime leaf powder and stir fry

Then add in the middle part of the spring onion, white vinegar, light soya sauce and some fish sauce and give it all a good mix.

Add in your fish stock along with the water and allow to cook for 3-4 minutes . Add in the green part of the spring onion and add in 1 beaten egg and mix wellFinish it off with the coconut milk and coriander.
